Objectives of the Position
The position is responsible for driving digitalization initiatives by analyzing existing QAQC workflows and identifying opportunities to implement effective digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support paperless processes.
Main task:
1. Involved in software development as well as maintenance and improvement of citizen development tools. i.e. Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI and other Microsoft products to use in daily operation.
2. Engage, enable and collaborate with stakeholders.
3. Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement in QA, QC, QEHS documentation process.
4. Assist in administrative activities i.e. meeting minutes, meeting slides preparation, requirement documentation etc.
- Students with a minimum of a Diploma in IT or related disciplines
- Committed to a full-time 6-month internshipKnowledge of hardware and Microsoft products
- Excellent time management, work prioritization, and verbal communication skillsAble to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to work closely with stakeholders onsite at the office
