*Position summary:
-This position is responsible for managing environmental programs, permits, and legal risks in compliance with company, group, and regulatory requirements.

-The role ensures full compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations, and supports sustainable and safe operations of the site.

*Main Tasks

1. Environmental Compliance and Permit Management 환경 법규 준수 및 인허가 관리
-Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations, including the Clean Air Conservation Act, Water Environment Conservation Act, Waste Management Act, and Chemical Control Act

-Manage permits and regulatory filings for air and water emission facilities and pollution control facilities (new installation, modification, closure)
-Perform statutory reporting and notifications, including: 
1) Confirmed emission volume reporting

2) National pollutant source survey
3) Waste performance reporting
4) Surveys of specific hazardous water pollutants

-대기환경보전법」「물환경보전법」「폐기물관리법」「화학물질관리법」 등 관련 법규 준수

-대기·수질 배출시설 및 방지시설 인허가(신규, 변경, 폐업) 신고

-법정 보고 및 신고 수행(확정배출량 신고, 전국오염원조사, 폐기물 실적보고, 특정수질유해물질 조사 등)

2. Air, Water, and Waste Operation Management 대기·수질·폐기물 운영 관리

-Conduct routine inspections and maintain operation logs for air and water pollution control facilities
-Manage schedules for legally required measurements (self-measurement and outsourced measurement) and review measurement reports
-Manage wastewater outsourcing and waste disposal contractors, including contract support

-Operate and manage government portal systems such as Allbaro and SEMS, including data input and reporting

-법정 측정(자가측정, 위탁측정) 일정 관리 및 성적서 검토

-폐수 위탁처리, 폐기물 처리업체 관리 및 계약 지원

-올바로 시스템, SEMS 등 정부 포털 시스템 운영 및 자료 입력

3. Hazardous Chemical and Accident Prevention Management 유해화학물질 및 사고 예방 관리
-Manage hazardous chemical handling facilities and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards

-Support chemical accident prevention and emergency response plans and maintain emergency response systems
-Analyze causes of environmental incidents or abnormalities and establish preventive measures to avoid recurrence
-Systematically manage the implementation status of the Chemical Accident Prevention and Management Plan

-화학사고 예방 대응계획 지원 및 비상대응 체계 유지

-환경 관련 사고, 이상 발생 시 원인 분석 및 재발방지 대책 수립

-화학사고 예방관리계획서의 이행 사항을 체계적으로 관리

4. ISO Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) ISO 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001) 운영

-Maintain and continuously improve ISO 14001 environmental management system documentation
-Support planning and execution of internal audits
-Respond to external certification and surveillance audits, and manage corrective actions

-Monitor environmental objectives and performance indicators (KPIs)

-ISO 14001 환경경영시스템 문서 유지 및 개선

-내부심사 계획 수립 및 수행 지원

-외부 인증·사후심사 대응 및 시정조치 관리

-환경 목표 및 성과(KPI) 모니터링

5. Government, Authorities, and External Stakeholder Management 정부·기관·외부 이해관계자 대응

-Communicate and coordinate with relevant authorities, including Gunsan City Hall, Jeonbuk Provincial Government, and Jeonbuk Regional Environmental Office
-Respond to environmental inspections, on-site audits, and administrative guidance
-Implement corrective actions for findings and proactively prevent fines or administrative penalties

-군산시청, 전북도청, 전북지방환경청 등 관할 기관 대응

-환경 점검, 현장 실사, 행정지도 대응

-지적사항 개선 및 과태료·행정처분 예방 관리

6. Training and Internal Awareness 교육 및 사내 인식 제고

-Plan, manage, and track completion of legally required environmental training and internal training programs
-Provide guidance and training on environmental compliance requirements for production and site employees

-환경 관련 법정 교육 및 사내 교육 계획·이수 관리

-생산·현장 근로자 대상 환경 준수사항 안내 및 교육

7. Fire Protection Planning and Fire-Fighting Facility Management 소방계획 수립 및 소방설비 점검·법정검사 대응 업무

-Prepare and regularly update fire protection plans
-Manage comprehensive precision inspections and functional operation inspections
-Respond to Fire Insurance Association regular inspections

-Conduct inspections and management of on-site fire-fighting facilities

-소방계획서 작성 및 업데이트

-종합정밀점검, 작동기능점검 실시

-화재보험협회 정기점검 대응

-사업장 내 소방설비 점검

8. Gas, Energy, and Security Facility Management 가스, 에너지, 보안 관련 시설점검 및 법정검사, 안전관리 업무

-Manage periodic inspections and regulatory compliance for gas-related facilities
-Conduct periodic and self-inspections of refrigeration manufacturing facilities
-Manage periodic inspections for pressure vessels

-Report energy consumption in accordance with regulations
-Manage factory security facilities (security office, access control systems, CCTV, etc.)
-Perform security-related risk assessments

-압력용기 계속사용검사

-에너지사용량 신고

-공장보안시설물관리(경비실, 출입시스템, CCTV 등)

*Education/Qualifications required:

Required:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related science field

-Air Environment Engineer (National Certificate) – Mandatory

-공학 또는 이공계 전공 학사 학위 이상

-대기환경기사 자격증(필수)

Preferred:
-Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in chemical plants or related industries

-Additional certifications such as Industrial Safety Engineer or Water Environment Engineer
-Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
-Proficiency in MS Office and other office software

-Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

-산업안전기사, 수질환경기사 등 관련 자격증 보유자(우대)

-영어 읽기, 쓰기, 회화 능통자(우대)

-MS Office 등 오피스 소프트웨어 활용 가능자(우대)
