QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in application laboratory, preferably in paint industry 
• Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong in taking ownership for results, overcome obstacles.
• Fluent English is required
• Act to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results.
• Familiar with common MS Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct all necessary lab work such as formulating and application testing of paints and construction materials.
• Develop own ideas and formulations to improve the quality of the products depending on customer requirements and needs.
• Prioritize work packages in consultation with laboratory manager and deliver results in time.
• Proper documentation of the test results in Excel 
• Independently order all necessary raw materials and consumable to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Keep the laboratory clean and safe to ensure operation.
• Cooperate with colleagues as team players to optimize workflows and find synergies.
• Comply with all legal and internal occupational safety, employee health and environmental protection requirements.
