We are currently seeking a talented Agile Facilitator to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate productive team meetings, manage time, and document progress to ensure efficient workflow, inclusivity, and equal participation of all team members.
- Align new requirements with team availability, capacity, and priorities, collaborating with the team and ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Address and monitor upcoming impediments, providing methods to foster continuous improvement and effective communication while managing conflicts and promoting self-organization.
- Ensure adherence to the operating model, ways of working, and appropriate processes, ensuring individuals understand their roles and facilitating the right experts for relevant questions.
- Promote harmony, skill enhancement, and ownership through conflict resolution, training, and coaching, seeking process and teamwork improvements for a healthy work environment.
- Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computing or business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Work experience with Digital Teams
- Leadership experience within Agile organizations
- At least one year of experience in implementing SAP projects is a must
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in analyzing and tracking metrics
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Stakeholder management skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English
