RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end stock and warehouse operations, keeping inventory lean, available, and cost‑efficient
• Plan and coordinate shipments from order entry to final delivery, including transport mode and forwarder selection
• Drive freight and warehouse cost optimization through smart consolidation and cost control
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners, ensuring compliance with BASF standards, EHS, and regulations
• Handle logistics documentation, invoicing, additional costs, claims, and NCM topics with confidence
• Support audits, physical stock counts, reporting, and data accuracy in SAP master data
• Prepare EPR and environmental product fee reports
• Perform EKAER registrations

QUALIFICATIONS

• University / college degree in related field and/or Work experience within a similar sales/customer support / logistics role
• Advanced MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Fluent in English and Hungarian knowledge
• Growth Mindset, optimistic, „can-do“ attitude
• Demonstrate customer focus, collaborate for achievement
• Strong communication and interpersonal understanding skills
