Regional Marketing Manager Türkiye, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, Personal Care

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Elaborate/update regularly and implement the Personal Care country strategies in alignment with market segment strategies together with the Technical and Sales Teams, for Türkiye, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa
- Support profitable growth of the existing portfolio
- Regular monitoring of the development of sales for focus products
- GAP analysis
- Develop and roll-out of promotion material
- Local concept development together with technical team
- Local/regional communication planning
- Monitoring of market and sustainability trends, competitor activities, customer positionings to contribute to market and segment approach
- Conduct market analyses
- Organize and steer preparation of local/regional exhibitions including booking, booth, promotion material etc. with relevant functions
- Preparation of presentations for management meetings
- Representation of the company in fairs, exhibitions, and congress in personal care arena
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, MBA is an asset
- Min 3 years of experience in personal care market either in sales, marketing or technical
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics
- Elevated level of collaboration among different layers of both internal and external (customer) organizations
- Flexibility to travel
- Proficiency in preparing presentations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communications
