As a Production & Process Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production operations while driving process excellence, productivity improvements, and EHS compliance. Working closely with the Production Manager and Process/Asset Manager, you will contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and sustainable plant operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related discipline. Master's degree is an asset.
• 1-3 years of experience in production environments, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Good command of MS Office applications and SAP.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence principles is a plus.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or the Anatolian side of İstanbul.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the management of daily production operations and contribute to the coordination of production activities.
• Monitor production performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the production area.
• Contribute to process and plant safety improvements in collaboration with Production and Process/Asset Management teams.
• Participate in production trials, process optimization activities, and new product implementations.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate SAP-related processes, inventory counting activities, and indirect material procurement activities.
• Support budget planning and cost control activities for the production department.
• Contribute to the development and training of production employees, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure production assets remain available and capable of meeting operational requirements.
