WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Collection Services team you are responsible for a portfolio of customers and support us in providing a high-quality receivables management.

  • Performing active reminding activities and documenting results in the system, you ensure compliance with the deadlines and guidelines.
  • You also take care of dispute cases and ensure their timely clarification working together with sales and credit managers. 
  • Furthermore, you perform appropriate post-dunning processes.
  • Finally, you are the direct point of contact for our external customers and for different partners in the company.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • completed formal vocational training program in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree or certification
  • ideally first professional experience in accounts receivable 
  • ideally knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3 as well as good knowledge of MS Office
  • fluent in English as well as Italian and/ or French, additional European language skills are a plus 
  • high customer orientation and outstanding communication skills

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
