WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Regional Treasury EMEA department is responsible for the Treasury and Cash Management activity of BASF Group companies in the EMEA region. Within our Bank team, we are responsible for validating customer and supplier master data, ensuring adherence to internal Fraud Prevention requirements.

• In this role, you are responsible for the creation and maintenance of business partner hierarchies in SAP S/4HANA.
• You make an essential contribution to the completeness, consistency and accuracy of our data by verifying the information using various sources.
• As part of your daily business, you are responsible for knowledge transfer to colleagues and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge database, while also providing reports and analyses for stakeholders (e.g. Credit Risk Managers) on a regular basis.
• Lastly, you are in regular contact with different units within the BASF Group.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• commercial vocational training or studies and ideally first professional experience in the field of Master Data
• basic knowledge of accounting or business administration in relation to legal forms and management
• confident handling of MS Office and first experiences with SAP S/4HANA
• comprehensive knowledge of process flows, Business Partner master data workflow, products, customers and entity goals
• strong analytical sense and an eye for details is required, goal-oriented, precise working methods and high customer orientation
• fluent and convincing communication in German and English, further language skills are welcome

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success 
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options

• Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany – here a first impression
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
