  • Supporting safe and reliable operations by troubleshooting process upsets, contributing to process safety and operational readiness reviews, and partnering with Quality Operations to translate requirements into compliant operating and testing practices.
  • Leading engineering governance and compliance processes by owning Management of Change reviews, ensuring approvals before startup, and incorporating environmental requirements into designs and project execution.
  • Maintaining safe, audit-ready engineering systems by supporting Responsible Care programs and keeping drawings and technical documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, and electrical single lines, current and accurate.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership support by coaching engineering students, assigning and reviewing work, and offering feedback to support development and project delivery.
  • Maintaining operational continuity and team alignment by providing production supervision coverage when needed and actively participating in production and engineering meetings to support communication and coordination.
