Remote opportunity 

We are looking for a Biology Planner and Systems Support Coordinator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Canada.

The Biology Planner and Systems Support Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely planning of TPD team activities, including supporting annual research program planning and alignment, and communicating program status to multiple stakeholders and functions. The role uses technology and tools to support data management, project summaries, and data quality, and builds dashboards that simplify data to enable quick, efficient decision-making. It also leads the training and adoption of system tools to increase team productivity, and coordinates closely with country and global teams to align on and develop tools for the Canadian TPD team.

As a Biology Planner & Systems Support, you create chemistry by...

• Leading annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting of the TPD program and budget to all stakeholders. 
• Aligning and coordinating with TPD biologists and teams to ensure high-quality data collection and data summary processes. 
• Creating tools and processes, including AI tools, to increase the quality and usability of biology data and boost team efficiency. 
• Working with country and global stakeholders, as well as external software providers, to develop and extend new data management and systems support tools for the TPD team. 
• Leading the training and adoption of system tools to increase the productivity of the team. 
• Building dashboards that visualize and simplify data to support quick, efficient decision-making. 
• Coordinating closely with country and global teams to ensure alignment on tool development for the Canadian TPD team. 
• Managing complexity across budgets, research projects, and the project management office, including working with contract research organizations on data collection and quality.

If you...

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in Agricultural Sciences or a related discipline, or a master’s degree with 5 years of experience in Agricultural Sciences or a related discipline. 
• Collaborate effectively across matrix organizations and cross-functional teams. 
• Leverage digital solutions, including AI, data visualization, and reporting tools, to drive insights and decision-making. 
• Apply expertise in field trial data analysis, experimental design, and technical presentations. 
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions. 
• Coach and enable teams on technical data, tools, and processes. 
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication. 
• Utilize data management systems to ensure data quality and accessibility. 
• Drive change initiatives and champion continuous improvement. 
• Manage competing priorities effectively through strong planning and time management skills. 
• Embrace AI-powered tools and innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and business outcomes. 
• Are able to travel up to 10%.
