As a Head of QA Excellence, Systems & Services, you create chemistry by...

• Leading Quality Assurance Excellence, Systems & Services globally in Agricultural Products and of the respective organizational unit within AP. 
• Providing disciplinary and operational leadership of employees, workforce planning, and ensuring the required level of qualification as well as continuous development of staff. 
• Initiating and driving continuous improvements and excellence of Quality Assurance processes, systems (e.g. SAP QM) and services globally, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, and in close alignment with the AP GPO for quality. 
• Establishing a consistent and holistic understanding of Quality Assurance processes and systems across involved units. 
• Identifying, evaluating, and driving/monitoring the global implementation of best practices. 
• Developing, tracking and globally reporting quality-assurance related KPIs in close collaboration with the respective QM team. 

If you...

• Hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in a scientific field of study; master's degree, preferred.
• Bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. 
• Bring leadership experience managing a moderate team size (6-10), with extensive, senior-level professional expertise. 
• Operate with a global geographical scope and shared decision-making accountability, reporting to a Director-level leader. 
• Demonstrate a contributing-level strategic impact and the ability to interact and collaborate across units. 
• Are able to travel up to 20%.
