We are looking for a Digital Execution & Adoption Lead to join our Agricultural Solutions team for our BASF Operations Digital Business Platform organization in Research Triangle Park, NC; Beaumont, TX; Sparks, GA; or Hannibal, MO. 

As Digital Execution & Adoption Lead North America, you bring digital to our North American plants and make sure it sticks, acting as the single regional point of contact between our TGAI, FFP and Biologicals sites in North America and the global Operations platform and product teams, turning product roadmaps into site implementation and proving value in plant performance.

As a Digital Execution & Adoption Lead North America, you create chemistry by...

• Owning the regional execution of the digital roadmap, translating platform and product priorities into site-level implementation and rollout plans, and preparing sites for go-live against readiness criteria and hypercare. 
• Acting as the single regional point of contact between the North American sites and the global platform and product teams. 
• Leading adoption and change management at the sites, covering readiness, communication, training, super-user networks and reinforcement after go-live, and measuring usage and adoption for platform steering and the QBR. 
• Measuring value realized at the sites against business cases using the common value framework, reporting digital incidents from the sites to the product teams, and escalating regional risks, dependencies and blockers. 
• Capturing, qualifying and channeling regional demand into the demand intake process with no local parallel solutions, applying "standardize where possible, differentiate where needed" and defending only genuine regulatory or business-critical deviations. 
• Supporting annual digitalization targets with site management, providing performance input for site Digital Representatives in North America, resolving capacity or priority conflicts, and covering sites without a named Digital Representative on an interim basis. 
• Taking an active role in the global manufacturing digital communities (TGAI, FFP and Biologicals), keeping member engagement high, and spotting AI and automation opportunities at the sites to bring to the product owners. 

If you...

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Information Technology, Business, Natural Sciences, or a related field.  
• Bring 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with the ability to build credibility in plant and shop floor environments. 
• Have a proven track record of leading change initiatives and translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions that drive adoption across multiple sites.  
• Demonstrate the ability to connect digital capabilities with measurable operational value and business outcomes.  
• Have experience working in agile environments, including product ownership, backlog management, OKRs, and prioritization.  
• Excel at stakeholder management, effectively partnering across business and digital teams while promoting standardized, scalable solutions over local one-off requests.  
• Possess strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.  
• Are fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.  
• Are based in the US and willing to travel up to 20% to manufacturing sites.
