We are looking for an Administrative & Reception Associate to join our Site Services team at our BASF Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC site.
The Administrative & Reception Associate serves as the primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to the RTP Site Services organization, assisting the Site Services Manager and Maintenance Team with administrative processes, visitor services, service requests, recordkeeping, and workplace support activities.

As a Administrative & Receptionist Associate - RTP, you create chemistry by...
- Providing administrative support to the Site Services Manager and Maintenance Team, tracking action items, maintaining workplace occupancy and space planning records, and coordinating workspace setup for new hires, moves, and separations.
- Staffing the reception desk during business hours and serving as the primary point of contact and information resource for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Managing visitor registration, access, and guest Wi-Fi processes while maintaining the professionalism and appearance of the reception area.
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls and escalating security, access, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining Site Services files, SharePoint and Teams content, shared mailboxes, and contractor administrative records.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, room reservations, calendars, catering, and site event and employee engagement activities.
- Maintaining visitor management and occupancy databases, storage room assignments, and site vehicle reservation records.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the site's Mother's Rooms, coordinating reservations, usage, and upkeep.
If you...
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, workplace services, or office support.
- Are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Previous SAP experience is a plus.
- Have reception, front desk, or administrative support experience, preferred.
- Have visitor management, workplace services, or meeting and event coordination experience, preferred.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, professional communication, and organization with attention to detail.
- Are able to work independently, exercise sound judgment within established guidelines, and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Are able to occasionally lift up to approximately 25 pounds and walk between buildings or work areas.
