WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- In your new position, you lead and execute national and international real estate transactions across the EMEA region, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, lettings, and property valuations, while ensuring full alignment with the corporate real estate strategy.
- Together with your colleagues, you manage and coordinate cross-regional real estate projects with a strong focus on headquarters requirements, overseeing implementation and steering external consultants, brokers, property managers, and additional service providers.
- Furthermore, you negotiate commercial, lease, purchase, and service agreements, conduct in-depth financial analyses and property valuations, and prepare high-quality decision papers and recommendations for senior management based on established methodologies.
- Your expertise is in demand! You ensure high-quality real estate data management, maintain accurate reporting and portfolio documentation, monitor relevant KPIs, and contribute to compliance with internal governance standards.
- Not least, you support the continuous development and optimization of the corporate real estate portfolio by identifying value-creation opportunities and contributing to long-term occupancy, investment, and workplace strategies, including modern office concepts.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- completed Master’s degree in real estate management or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration with additional real estate qualifications
- at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate or commercial real estate, asset management, transactions, or capital projects in an international environment
- strong expertise in real estate transactions, portfolio management, property valuation, financial analysis, lease administration, contract negotiations, and project management
- fluent German and English skills, additional european languages are a plus, combined with solid experience in sap (e.g. sap re-fx, sap fi/co) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented as well as structured working style
