We are looking for a QA/QC Coordinator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Palmyra, MO.

The QA/QC Coordinator ensures product quality and compliance across the site by interacting daily with laboratory and plant personnel (production managers, supervisors, operators, and logistics) to confirm products are produced within specifications and coordinating laboratory testing as needed. The role coordinates activities to maintain the site quality management system, manages quality data in SAP and/or LIMS, and serves as the site non-conformance coordinator—leading root‑cause investigations and implementing effective corrective actions. The QA/QC Coordinator also tracks and reports site quality KPIs and, where applicable, acts as the delegate for the Site Quality Manager.

  • Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
  • Coordinating activities to uphold the site quality management system, including data management in SAP and/or LIMS and conducting internal auditsgenerating Certificates of Analysis as required
  • Ensuring continuous laboratory operations to support manufacturing, including routine QC testing, data review, and record management as needed
  • Serving as the site non‑conformance coordinator by leading root‑cause investigations and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Tracking and reporting site quality KPIs and compiling analytical data to support campaign reviews, compliance monitoring, and audits
  • Packaging and shipping dangerous goods following IATA protocols and supporting non‑routine shipping as backup to the Lab Services/QA Coordinator
  • Coordinating non‑routine testing and continuous‑improvement initiatives as requiredacting as deputy to the Site Quality Manager in their absence, where applicable

If you...

 

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. BS/BA in Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred
  • Have at least 3 years of QA/QC experience with a relevant degree, or at least 10 years of QA/QC experience without a degree
  • Bring experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Possess working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), LIMS, and/or SAP. PowerBI and/or Excel experience preferred
  • Have practical experience with laboratory analytical testing techniques
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse internal stakeholders
  • Have previous experience with auditing preferred
  • Are able to travel up 5%, domestically.
