You will:

- Have 7-10 years of EHS experience, ideally within agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, logistics or other operational environments.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Australian EHS legislation, compliance frameworks and industry best practice.
- Thrive in a complex matrix organisation and enjoy building strong relationships across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
- Have experience influencing senior leaders and engaging effectively with diverse operational, contractor and site-based workforces.
