RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will join the Agricultural Solutions Team, responding to the Country Manager, and will support with the following responsibilities:
o Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance.
o Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
o Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives.
o Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
o Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
o The ideal candidate is a graduate of Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
o At least 3-5 years of Experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
o Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights.
o An excellent knowledge of Greek and English language are required.
