WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our unit supports the Board of Directors and Supervisory Bodies through independent and objective audits in assessing the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control systems. The aim is to identify risks at an early stage, create transparency and contribute to the sustainable improvement of processes, controls and corporate management through specific recommendations for action.

  • In your new position, you define and continuously develop the audit universe, conduct risk assessments, and identify relevant risk fields with a strong focus on IT-related topics.
  • Your expertise is in demand! You prioritize key risk areas and establish audit methodologies, standards, and responsibilities to ensure a risk-based audit approach.
  • Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the methodological development and leadership activities of the audit function and support the continuous enhancement of audit practices.
  • Right in the heart of things! You independently plan and perform internal audits, evaluate control environments, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Furthermore, you collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and travel as required to conduct audits and support effective risk management processes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • master's degree in business administration, information systems, accounting, finance, auditing, or a comparable field
  • several years of professional experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or a related corporate environment, ideally with exposure to IT audits
  • strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, internal controls, and IT-related risk fields
  • excellent English language skills as well as proficiency in SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications
  • strong analytical and communication skills, a structured and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and cultures
