WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• In your new role, you will be responsible for governing the key performance indicator (KPI) system for the technical development of products in the EMEA and CIS region. You will establish harmonized KPI definitions, common calculation methods and a binding reporting calendar;
• To support the success of field trials and the efficiency of product development, you will design relevant dashboards and management reports, analyze performance variances and derive root-cause analyses, concrete action recommendations and robust decision-making insights;
• Working closely with your colleagues, you will harmonize metrics and data standards to ensure consistent reporting and reliable comparisons of field-trial and product-development activities across countries and country clusters;
• You will lead seasonal planning governance, ensure timely planning and the availability of trial protocols, and provide transparency regarding the capacities and skills required to successfully conduct field trials;
• Finally, you will translate business requirements into digital solutions and develop suitable tools to support planning, risk management and management decision-making. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Master’s degree or equivalent university degree, preferably in agricultural sciences, life sciences, data science, business informatics, decision analytics or a related field;
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience in performance management, field-trial data analysis, agricultural research and product development, or a comparable R&D environment;
• Excellent understanding of processes and data structures related to agronomic trials, as well as practical experience with specialized applications such as ARM, SPEAD, Tardis and PENALTI or DoQtor+, multi-trial analysis tools and data-completeness control tools;
• Excellent command of English and advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and Microsoft Excel, including VBA or macros, Power Pivot and advanced data modeling;
• Analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems pragmatically;
• Ability to work independently, with precision and a strong sense of priorities.
