WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Lead the planning and execution of field trials across Italy, ensuring delivery within the allocated budget and agreed timelines.
• Ensure field trial results are validated and accurately reported within established deadlines.
• Oversee R&D testing facilities and their official certifications, ensuring compliance with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) and applicable national regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in field R&D Operations by optimizing technical and digital tools and supporting the ongoing training and development of the field biologist team.
• Act as the key contact for national authorities on R&D activities and facilities, including GEP and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) matters.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• A university degree in agriculture, natural sciences, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in crop protection, preferably in product research and development.
• Solid knowledge of the technical and regulatory requirements for developing crop protection products.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• A proven track record of working in international and multicultural environments.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Excellent knowledge of English, fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Employment under the Italian Chemical Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), with A1 classification.
• An indicative gross annual salary of €80,000–€90,000, depending on your skills and relevant experience.
