WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At Surventis, a global Legal & Compliance department has been established. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the Legal & Compliance organisation for Surventis from its foundation. Therefore, we are looking for an expert for legal operations.

• In your new role, you support the strategic development and operational excellence of the Legal & Compliance department of Surventis on a global level.
• You develop and monitor the budget, legal spend and outside counsel management of Legal & Compliance.
• Furthermore, you manage legal technologies, including contract lifecycle management and matter management systems.
• You implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• In addition, you lead legal transformation projects, including AI and digitalization initiatives, and develop knowledge management and document management frameworks.
• You also coordinate resource planning and support organizational development within Legal & Compliance.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in legal, business, technical or related field
• several years of professional experience with at least 3 years dedicated to legal operations, project management or related roles as well as experience in an international manufacturing environment is preferred
• demonstrated experience in managing processes and tools in a company 
• strong project management abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams; proactive, resourceful, and client-service oriented
• demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across cultures, functions, and geographies
• excellent communication skills in Englisch; German or other additional languages are a plus
