WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As the Financial Controlling Manager for France, you will manage the financial performances and support teams in monitoring their results and achieving their objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing business profitability, financial results, and margins;
- Defining and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial controlling processes;
- Analysing variances between forecasts and actual results, and proposing corrective actions;
- Designing and monitoring dashboards and decision-support tools;
- Assessing and monitoring financial risks and commitments;
- Supporting and advising teams through your expertise.
You will also manage a team of two employees, supporting their development as well as their administrative and operational management.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- You hold a Master’s degree, ideally in finance, controlling, accounting, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
- You are fluent in French and have a good command of English, both written and spoken;
- You demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, together with an excellent sense of responsibility and organisation;
- Your ability to work collaboratively and support a range of stakeholders enables you to contribute effectively to performance management and financial decision-making.
