What you can expect

We are looking for a candidate to support trinamiX GmbH in the practical implementation of our 3D measurement technology as early as possible.

  • In the position of Engineer Optical Systems, you will develop novel 3D measurement systems.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing optical experiments.
  • The measurement of experimental data and subsequent interpretation to derive system improvements is your key duty. This also includes the documentation and presentation of results.
  • In addition, you will ensure that working procedures, safety and environmental protection rules are observed within your area of work.

What we expect

  • You have a bachelor's degree with initial work experience, a master's degree or diploma in optical engineering, photonics, optoelectronics or a related field.
  • You are a good experimentalist with a sound understanding of electrical and optical measurement devices who enjoys developing prototypes to solve real world problems.
  • You have experience in the design and realization of optical systems, as well as knowledge about sensors (e.g. CMOS image sensors, photodiodes) and light sources (e.g. lasers, LEDs).
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and you are distinguished by an independent and creative working style.
