What you can expect

We are looking for a candidate to support our 3D Image Processing specific unit at trinamiX GmbH in the practical implementation of our 3D measurement technology as soon as possible.

  • You will support our team of developers in developing innovative distance reconstruction algorithms based on trinamiX measurement technology.
  • Your tasks will include initial conceptualization and testing of models and algorithms with mathematical simulation tools and subsequent implementation in C++ code.
  • You will be responsible for integrating existing trinamiX 3D algorithms into SLAM-based algorithms and for testing and further developing the 3D SLAM library.
  • Participating in cross-team projects will round out your duties.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in natural sciences, computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field and have already amassed relevant professional experience.
  • You are passionately interested in new technologies in the area of AR/VR/computer vision and in the implementation thereof in real-world products.
  • You have experience working with 2D and 3D image processing algorithms and libraries (OpenCV, etc.).
  • You have solid programming experience with C++ or comparable languages. You are intimately familiar with prototyping tools such as Matlab, Scilab, etc.
  • On a personal level, you are able to familiarize yourself with new tasks swiftly and independently and to make an essential contribution to the team’s success.
  • You can demonstrate your pronounced communication skills in both German and English.
