At the Uruguay HUB, we have the Human Resources Services (HRS) area, where we support the employee journey of more than 23,000 BASF employees from their onboarding to their offboarding. In March 2021, we began building the Human Resources team for the Americas, which now has more than 200 people impacting BASF's entire value chain. Among other things, the team is responsible for talent attraction and recruitment, developing the Employer Brand, working on people development, designing the compensation and benefits package, and operating the administrative processes related to Human Resources management.

 

Main objective of the position:

As the Learning management Senior Analyst for North America, you will ensure the effective implementation of LMS procedures, policies, and governance. Your role involves coordinating with key stakeholders, managing relationships, and overseeing monitoring and reporting activities to ensure compliance and satisfaction across involved areas.

 

Main tasks:

• Regional Learning Administration representative: Serve as the primary liaison with the Global Learning team to align on actions, new implementations, regional needs and system governance.

• Advisory for Content Owners: Organize and coordinate LMS training sessions for the North America region, ensuring that all relevant parties receive timely and accurate information for effective implementation of learning solutions in the region.

• System Troubleshooting: Address inquiries and manage cases related to system troubleshooting, identifying root causes and implementing required actions for resolution.

• Report Creation: Develop and extract monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on LMS usage and effectiveness, pinpointing areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancement.

• Indicator Management: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to training effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Process Innovation: Drive innovation by contributing to the development of tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Education: University degree on areas related to Administration, engineering, labor relations or others.

• Working Experience: 5-8 years of previous experience in similar roles.

• Language: Fluent English skills is a must.

• Technical skills: Learning management system experience (ex. SuccessFactors) and reporting skills are highly desirable.

• Soft skills: This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
