Area:
At the Uruguay HUB, we have the Human Resources Services (HRS) area, which supports the employee journey for over 23,000 BASF employees, from onboarding to offboarding.
In March 2021, we began building the Human Resources team for the Americas, which today includes more than 200 people, impacting BASF's entire value chain. Among other responsibilities, this team manages talent attraction and recruitment, develops the Employer Brand, works on people development, designs compensation and benefits packages, and operates the administrative processes related to Human Resources management.
Main Objective of the Position:
Ensure case management of Learning needs for Content Owners in NA, complying with the established SLA to guarantee a swift response to requests and needs received.
Main Tasks:
- First point of contact for Content Owners in the U.S. and Canada in the Learning Management area to ensure the best service in executing their requests and advising on their needs.
- As a Content Owners advisor, organize and coordinate monthly LMS training sessions and communications, ensuring that all necessary parties receive timely information for its application at the site-level training
- Execute learning process requests: Manage the full cycle of scheduled items and offers, including posting in LMS, tracking registrations, managing pre-work, and canceling scheduled offers in compliance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Maintain employee learning plans in SuccessFactors LMS for the U.S. and Canada, responsible for central LMS data management, ensuring data quality.
- Order, prepare, and send all required training materials as indicated by the Scheduled Offer
- Update LMS attendance and initiate the chargeback process
- Identify pain points and recommend changes in the LMS system and processes to gain efficiency
- Vendor management and administration for signature solutions
- Ad hoc global and regional projects: testing, providing feedback, and representing U.S. and Canada requirements, regulations, and feedback
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

Education: University degree or advanced student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably with HR or service experience and/or experience with global companies

Languages: Advanced proficiency in English for oral and written communications

Technical Skills: Experience with Reporting & Dashboards and Microsoft Excel or demonstrated ability and agility to learn systems; SuccessFactors experience a plus

Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication; service mindset
