OTC Specialist

For our entity BASF Coating Maroc, we are looking for a OTC Specialist to join our  team.

The position will be based in Casablanca.

What you can expect:

Core Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and account activation processes.
• Support customer training and assistance on digital ordering platforms.
• Prepare and update customer contracts and approval documentation.
• Process customer orders received via email and digital platforms.
• Follow up with S&OP, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams regarding stock and inbound status.
• Manage blocked orders and coordinate resolution with CRM and Finance teams.
• Act as a key contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery follow-up, and order status.
• Manage return processes, credit notes, and corrective actions.
• Create and follow up Non-Conformity Management (NCM) cases and customer claims.
• Maintain tracking files and operational reporting.
• Active representation of BASF’s interests.
• Contribution to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group.
• Adherence to and compliance with all BASF guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate the Inbound including Customs

What we expect:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years work experience in supply chain or logistics,
• Familiarity with SAP and excellent Microsoft office skills.
• Fluent French & Arabic & proficient English level (written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Highly motivated, proactive self-starter
