  • The primary function of this role is to implement Transportation, Performance Materials Greater China including Engineering Plastics, PU Systems and TPU sales & marketing strategy in new business development and customers’ management by initiating contacts with existing and potential customers within the Interior Floor & Structural market sub-segments.
  • Support the KAM on the satellite business follow up in Greater China
  • Conduct and develop the business according to the regional strategy and objectives in line with regional and local Code of Conduct principles.
  • Development and implementation of Best Business Practices.

Main Tasks:

  • Local accounts handling:
    • Maintain the good relationship with the local accounts, coordinate with TS and MM/production team to ensure a sustainable supply.
    • Gather the market information and develop more potential customers in specialty field
  • Support for GKA business:
    • Support the satellite plants business
    • Support for the new generation product launching activities
    • Gain new business with the team work
  • Customers for other specialty products:
    • Take up more specialty accounts


  • Bachelor or above
  • Over 5 years working experience in PU industry
  • In-depth knowledge of PU technical know-how and applications. Key account management experience
