Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

(Accountable)/ Responsible for all DS related operations, Internal control

  • Supervise the local operations for all Haken staff(total 5)  in nationwide, and setting up the best operation excellence with effectiveness. 
  • Be accountable for Credit management: Collecting all F/S from all customers expect the financial risk and their strategy, and monthly monitoring for credit limit cooperating with area Shokei lead.
  • Be accountable for internal / External audit control, for all DS related operation. Manage all DS related contract. Report the status and able to raise the measurement if needed, and monitor the process to upgrade the internal control, accountable for AP DS compliance.
  • As an operation lead for daily invoice settlement and others DS related operations
  • AP JPN Representative for new operation rules comes from GB(Finance, Legal, Procurement etc..) and right to be in place in DS Japan. 
  • Support rebate settlement for Shokei / Keito operation


  • Operation Excellence: 1. Haken Platform management / 2.Operation efficiency : Overview the DS operation and making the best scenario for effective operations set up the right job role of Haken management. Sustainable improvement to achieve operation effectiveness
  • Be responsible for all AP budgeting process collaborating with controller, communicating with business partner (Sales / Marketing) based on operation planning. Historical sales data management including BD/ FC/ ACT /OGS data and data security. Inventory management KPI


Digitalization/ Enterprise management

  • Project: Sales Force CRM project implementation: Accountable for SFA Module Sales, make sure to on-process in AP Japan (master setup : user, area/prefecture, organization, article, customer, price for FC, register products and price for FC, and maintain these contents Store AP historical yearly sales data), together with external consultant, GBU / APA and align with Sales Head / CoEx lead
  • Migration accountability for SAP BW OCEAN, incorporate to including designing IT framework. Scope: AP all sales Channel.


Market overview

  • Take Lead for NPS as AP representative in JPN, coordinator for customer tracking base. Involve all DS and the other stakeholders and develop the measurement together, monitor the action status and highlight to management team.
  • Proactive participation for internal / External event and provide necessary information








・就業時間:所定労働時間 7.5時間 フレックスタイム制(コアタイム無し):5:00~22:00の間で、始業および終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる。



・賞与:年1回4月 個人の成果および会社業績に応じて支給。アグロソリューション事業部はTech Service、一部のマーケティング職、営業職にセールス・インセンティブ・プログラム(SIP)あり
