Objectives of the Position
- The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions supporting mid to senior-level leadership team, to understand every aspect of the business, and be a thought leader on human capital, strategy and organizational topics to drive the business to meet its goals.
Main Tasks
Principle Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and implement the end-to-end human capital strategy that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires strategic reasoning and thinking, use of data to guide work, being comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, influencing leaders to reassess how work is done in a global company setting.
- Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute your strategy for how the business staffs, on-boards, develops, motivates, retains and organizes work.
- As a core part of this role, this position will execute programs to support the assigned cluster of business, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, engagement programs and strategic organizational development by working together with local, regional or global HR colleagues
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyse data, understand trends, develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis.
- Strong ability to influence through strong relationships and the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment, being part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
- Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Superior communication skills and understand how to communicate large, complex change. Strong skills to create concepts and moderate workshops and discussion rounds.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management / Business Administration or related HR field
Working Experience
- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience in MNC set-up, as HR generalist plus at least experience in a specialist role (e.g. Industrial Relations, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits). Previous leadership or project management experience would be an advantage
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Strong ability to influence through relationships and the courage to manage a complex set of stakeholders
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment, being part of strategy discussions
- Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Superior communication skills and understand how to communicate large, complex change. Strong skills to moderate workshops and discussion rounds
