We are seeking a professional like you to serve as Quality System Leader at our Whitehouse, OH and Southfield, MI facilities.

Formula for Success

  • Serving as the Quality Systems Management Representative, you will schedule internal and external audits, establish/determine an audit plan with internal auditors that focuses on areas that need improvement, and coordinate audit corrective actions and communicate to Registrar.
    Using your education, Bachelor's preferred, Associate's minimum you will be our subject matter expert and provide auditor training to personnel as requested.
    Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will serve you well as you lead BU management reviews and share best practices across the business unit. You will also assign NCM roles and arbitrate appropriate assignment as necessary.
    Your robust analytical skills will be essential as you review business-level trends and metrics, identify trends and systemic issues that need to be addressed, and compute & communicate metrics.
    Utilizing your strong computer skills (particularly in MS office, SAP, Documentum), you will collect, provide, & communicate Quality metrics and conduct internal nonconformance reporting.
    Demonstrating your solid organizational and planning skills, you will schedule and conduct site management reviews and arrange meetings with various functional roles to monitor progress and quality.  You will be comfortable working independently the majority of the time.
    Employing your problem-solving skills, you will understand causes & develop action plans to address off target metrics, provide an initial investigation of NCM (ensuring all pertinent data is available), and assume responsibility & complete resolution for NCM as assigned.
    Focusing on Continuous Improvement, you will identify and define continuous improvement projects, serve as project manager for continuous improvement projects, and implement control plans & ensure sustainability.
    Leveraging your quality orientation and keen attention to detail, you will coordinate the identification of quality targets and objectives, ensure acceptable ongoing activity, serve as Quality lead for qualification of tollers, as well as review customer specific requirements & incorporate into the quality system.
    Contributing your ISO9001 and RCMS knowledge, you will support the site EHS&S team on RCMS requirements and identify synergies with the QMS.
