Now Hiring: Production Technician Apprentice!
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr. and progressing to $19.00/hr. at completion The world needs creative solutions. We need YOU! As a chemicals supplier to almost all industries, BASF will establish a standalone subsidiary dedicated to its Mobile Emissions Catalysts, Precious Metals Trading, Recycling, and related Products and Services business. The new group is referred to as BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions and is wholly owned by BASF. BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions will operate globally in over 15 countries and comprise of approximately 20 production sites and over 4,000 employees. - Be a part of a team that that processes automotive scrap to recycle precious metal that reduces environmental impact compared to mining precious metals!
- Load and unload process equipment.
- Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications. Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in the work area. Follow all safety regulations. Operate a forklift. Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets. Problem solve and troubleshoot equipment
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

- Have a High School Diploma or GED Can work 12hr shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays) Are willing to enroll in an academic program to launch a career in Manufacturing
