The Warehouse Distribution Analyst is responsible for end‑to‑end oversight, analysis, and optimization of reusable packaging (tote) flows across the distribution and warehouse network. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient circulation, and cost‑effective utilization of totes while supporting operational continuity, inventory accuracy, and network efficiency.  The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with hands‑on operational understanding to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and partner cross‑functionally with warehouses, transportation, planners, and external service providers.

As a Warehouse Distribution Analyst you create chemistry by...

  • Managing the end‑to‑end tote lifecycle, including inbound, outbound, returns, cleaning, repair, and scrap processes
  • Developing and maintaining reporting and KPIs related to tote utilization, turns, loss rate, cleaning costs, and network efficiency
  • Analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risk areas; recommending corrective actions and long‑term improvements
  • Partnering with warehouse operations, transportation, planning, and external vendors to align expectations and execution
  • Being a subject matter expert in tote engineering, including mechanical integrity, handling, and operational optimization
  • Ensuring system integrity by validating transactional accuracy in ERP (S4) and digital planning tools; investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting contract compliance and performance reviews for tote cleaning, repair, and logistics providers
  • Leading or supporting root‑cause analysis for tote shortages, excesses, poor quality or service issues and recommend mitigation actions
  • Participating in inventory reviews and new business launches
  • Maintaining responsibility as the Transport & Distribution Safety (TDS) advisor for North America

If you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics analytics, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), planning tools, and data visualization/reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and material flow
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with both internal teams and external partners
  • Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven and continuous improvement mindset
