We are looking for a Product Management Lead - HUB Americas to join our Automotive Refinish team in Southfield, MI.

Our unit leads the marketing strategy for Global Product Management in the Automotive Refinish market. We drive marketing initiatives—including product launches and pricing—and support regional implementation. As Product Management Lead for the Americas HUB, you will coordinate and manage the product management team and its activities. These activities include overseeing product launches, setting pricing strategies, coordinating cross-regional marketing efforts, and ensuring successful regional implementation.

As a Product Management Lead - HUB Americas, you create chemistry by...

• Managing the Regional Portfolio
  • Defining and managing the required product portfolio for each region or country (global, regional, local).
  • Streamlining SKUs to maintain minimal complexity.
  • Aligning regional/local portfolios with brand values and overall value proposition.
  • Developing and adapting local product value propositions and selling stories as needed.
  • Ensuring the portfolio meets regional and country demands.
  • Benchmarking local products against competitors.
  • Price Managing
• Overseeing price implementation and managing exceptions within the region
• Leading regional price increases and monitoring country-level pricing
  • Setting prices for local/regional products, ensuring alignment with total offerings.
  • Managing profitability at the article level.
  • Serving as primary contact for countries on product topics and providing product information.
  • Guiding phase-in/phase-out processes in the region.
  • Handling claim management and shortage allocation.
• Coordinating with Sales, Segment Management, Technical Department, and Supply Chain.
• Maintaining regional product portfolio status.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Have several years’ experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably internationally.
• Have a thorough understanding of marketing mix and automotive refinish coatings market.
• Have strong communication skills; willingness to travel occasionally.
• Are a team player with a customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
