The Regional Strategic Messaging and Content Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's messaging on specialized topics such as sustainability, digitalization and innovation across various channels to reinforce its brand and position in the market. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in crafting clear, compelling content that aligns with our company objectives, enhances stakeholder engagement, and supports both internal and external communications initiatives.
 

As a Regional Strategic Messaging and Content Lead - RTP, NC, you create chemistry by...

•    Ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise content for a variety of formats and audiences.
•    Deep understanding of current trends in sustainability, innovation, and digitalization, and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
•    Expertise in using digital and social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools to drive content strategies and track performance.
•    Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing fresh ideas for content campaigns that resonate with key audiences
•    Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
•    Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization is beneficial.
•    Proficiency in graphic design tools or familiarity with collaborating with designers for multimedia content is an advantage.
 

If you...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s Degree or Certifications in Sustainability, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is a plus 
• Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic communications, content creation, or corporate messaging with a focus on sustainability, innovation, or digital transformation.
