Where the Chemistry Happens…

•    As a highly motivated upcoming graduate, you will participate in an 18+ month cross-functional program with two rotations, one 9-month assignment in marketing working in Raleigh, NC: and a 9 – 12-month assignment in sales working in field sales.
•    Engaging across the business throughout your rotations will expand your network, allow you to grow personally and professionally, and learn a variety of valuable skill sets
•    Participants will have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers.
•    Assignments can be located in a variety of locations throughout the U.S
•    Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to join our Talent Pipeline for a role in field agronomic solutions sales
