We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Regina, SK.

This position will be responsible for directing the safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of maintenance work to ensure Asset Effectiveness, Reliability, Mechanical Integrity, and Building Integrity at the Regina Facility.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you create chemistry by...

 

  • Leading maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient work and maximize equipment uptime.
  • Overseeing SAP workflow for maintenance management and KPI tracking, reviewing completed work orders and contractor reports for adequacy, and initiating follow-up or engineering reviews as required.
  • Conducting daily meetings, managing schedules, and responding to emergencies.
  • Supporting department goals, budget planning, and talent development.
  • Implementing and auditing 5S programs and SOPs.
  • Supporting capital projects and managing small in-house projects.
  • Developing contracts and supervising contractor activities.
  • Managing site vehicles and equipment.

If you have...

 

  • A B.Sc. in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Technology Diploma or trade certification with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 5–10 years in an industrial setting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience supervising contractors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in EAM software (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory requirements for chemical facilities.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, PFD, SLD, schematics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as strong leadership to mentor, motivate and coach personnel and teams in a professional capacity, providing hands-on support and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Proficiency in developing, tracking, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on maintenance and reliability.
