In this role, you will be charged with the prep of catalyst safely and shipped on time, at budgeted cost, with the correct quality. In addition, you will be an integral member of the Site Leadership Team with a unique opportunity to drive change and leave your mark on the site’s strategy and culture.

  • Relying upon your commitment to safety, employee health, the environment, and your knowledge of EHS rules and regulations, you will ensure all aspects of production are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

  • As a role model, you will lead and inspire your direct and indirect reports to meet established business requirements for safety, quality, volume, and cost.

  • Your demonstrated leadership experience within a process manufacturing environment will be a valued asset as you ensure resources are appropriately directed to meet operational and business priorities.

  • Your strong business and financial acumen will be useful as you develop the budgets for operations that meet business targets and expectations, and as you track performance and implement solutions if tracking negatively versus the budget.

  • Displaying your commitment to LEAN or similar process improvement methodologies, you will ensure best practices in all aspects of operations are shared and implemented across the site.

  • Successfully engaging across the site and business, you will manage the interface between production and other areas including maintenance, product management, and financial controlling to ensure effective communication and teamwork as we work to accomplish site and business objectives.
