We are looking for a SAP Cloud Full-Stack Developer to join our Global Digital Solutions team in Mississauga, ON.

We are looking for a SAP Cloud Full-Stack Developer like you to create, deliver and run digital applications for users managing sales & distribution activities in the movement of goods between BASF divisions and end-customers. Working agilely, you will enable functionality of core systems & processes.  You will partner and consult with stakeholders to innovate solutions proactively across multiple technology platforms to anticipate future needs.

As part of our team you will especially foresee to support the migration from an SAP R/3 ERP to SAP S/4 HANA and a Multi-ERP Approach of BASF.

As a SAP Cloud Full-Stack Developer, you create chemistry by...

• Supporting the Order Management team in transitioning from a single SAP R/3 system to multiple SAP S/4 HANA systems.
• Designing interfaces, technical enhancements, and new applications for the Order to Cash processes.
• Developing applications using cutting-edge programming techniques, ensuring adherence to all relevant company development guidelines.
• Ensuring the delivery of stable, supportable, and runnable technical solutions collaborating with operations.
• Participating in project planning and providing cost estimations for complex projects.
• Supporting testing activities and assisting in error correction and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of new applications.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovation to the team's work.

If you have...

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in interface technologies and development, with a focus on API development and management.
• Expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), and SAP Build Process Automation, ideally covering SAP Cloud Application Programming model (CAP).
• Experience with Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud development principles and technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js, UI-development capabilities), ability to work with OData in the API environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Proficiency in ABAP / ABAP OO and ABAP for Cloud Development.
• Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD / Order-To-Cash processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
