As a Materials Planner Coordinator, you will be responsible for the finite production scheduling, procurement and availability of the raw materials, packaging components & other supplies to support the manufacturing operation needs.

During your work as a Materials Planner Coordinator, you will

• Be responsible for the finite production scheduling, monthly planned orders verification, and transfer to the Planning Board for the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) explosion.
• Coordinate the product presentation sequence to be followed for the different formulation and packaging campaigns to ensure alignment with product sales demands while optimizing the use of resources and production equipment.
• Oversee the procurement and availability of raw materials, packaging components, and other manufacturing supplies to support production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging components, including the artwork to be used for the printed packaging components.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of all products in the SAP system (Bill of Materials (BOMs), Recipes, Production Versions, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Product Packaging Instructions (PINs)).
• Ensure compliance with BASF program standards in the areas of Environmental, Health and Safety; Process Safety; Quality; Continuous Improvement; and Cross and Microbiology Contamination Prevention, including meeting the site’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

If you...

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related degree.
• Possess solid experience using SAP.
• Have at least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Are computer literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Are bilingual (English and Spanish).
