Qualifications
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
- Highly desirable experience in building MS Power Platform solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint.
- Experience with VBA – Programming and MS-Access programming
- Experience with SQL Server Database and SQL Server Integration Services.
- Design and develop MS Power Platform applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint).
- Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Operate according to the Agile development process and strongly believe in the DevOps approach to delivering successful IT solutions. Our focus is on high-quality content delivered in time using iterative development with regular milestone demos to the business.
- You believe that business value is delivered by Agile top engineers working together in high performing Dev/Ops teams, according to our Agile frameworks
- -Empower to make decisions to pick the technology and implement the solutions for internal business partner by following the NA Regional Solution services governance.
- -Managing and leading interactions with the internal business partner by listening to the need, designing the to-be, determining the solution and driving the implementation.
