As a Head of Global Marketing, you create chemistry by...
- Developing and implementing the global marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Defining and owning global positioning, value propositions, and messaging across product lines and customer segments.
- Ensuring effective planning and execution of global marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Providing marketing input to support pricing narratives, sales enablement, and customer communication.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments and translating market and customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives, strategic projects and clear differentiation.
- Driving sustainability offerings and value proposition for lubricant components
- Leading, developing, and managing the global marketing with 3 direct reports.
- Fostering a high-performance culture with focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
If you...
- Possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hold several years of experience in global marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in developing and executing global marketing and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Exhibit strong understanding of value proposition development, marketing effectiveness, and commercial excellence.
- Bring experience in chemicals, lubricants, automotive, or related industries (preferred).
- Show strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Display strategic and analytical thinking paired with a customer‑centric mindset and strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
