The purpose of this role is to be the first contact for EDM North America (NA) customers to handle quality relevant topics with including NC handling, quality inquiry, customer audit coordination, CoA upload, and white paper/PCN communication.

 

Providing local QM support in NA for business growth and customer satisfaction enhancement.

 

Being local quality contact in NA for 3rd party QC lab evaluation and qualification and providing support for supplier management.

 

As a Quality Management Lead, you create chemistry by...

  • Maintain internal/external contact window for EDM NA customers on quality related inquiries/survey/quality audit/complaints / troubleshooting, etc…
  • Customer relationship management with EDM US customers and take the responsibility to provide initial response to EDM US customers
  • Collaborate with NA business team to meet quality requirements from EDM NA customers and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collect correct and necessary information to coordinate customer quality request internal/external communication, and implementation follow-up
  • Coordinate customer inquiry/complaint investigation with internal cross function team and provide on-time response to customer including Kuanyin site in Taiwan and Ludwigshafen in Germany
  • Process Change Notice (PCN) report and white paper preparation, communication and follow-up for on-time implementation
  • Collaborate with production site CQM team to finish OCAP, worse chart, BKM, related quality requirements investigation, etc…
  • Collaborate with production site CQM team in preparing regular PCS review, customer audit, and quality inquiring.
  • Take the ownership for CoA and production resume upload for customer system and collaborate with Taiwan/LU team for COA/Production resume upload working model optimization for all batches shipped
  • Being local quality staff in NA to evaluate/qualify 3rd party QC lab by closely working with the production site QC lab.
  • Provide local support in NA for supplier management like supplier audit, visit..

If you have...

  • 5 + years of experience in semiconductor or quality field (customer quality experience or supplier quality experience is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal/customer dealing skill/coordination, open-minded and positive thinking, value selling, and hands-on skill
  • Master degree in Engineering, Industry Engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemical, Statistic, MBA..etc.
  • Strong English speaking/writing/listening/reading skills are essential and Mandarin is nice to have
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, Statistic Software (JMP, statistic..), Digitalization, Database Programing is plus
