We are looking for a Security Services Coordinator to join our North American Security Services team in Florham Park, NJ.

The Security Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication services for Site Security Representatives, completing tasks related to employee identification and badging records, creating reports on electronic system health, pulling system data for investigations, monitoring security systems for facilities without officers, and performing analysis work on live-time data feeds.

During your 8-hour shift as a Security Services Coordinator, you will

• Maintain the Security Service Center primary communication service model, ensure that Site Security Representatives can reach the appropriate security contact, request training, or obtain site security incident records.
• Complete tasks related to employee identification and badging record creation related to physical access control, video monitoring systems and maintain the integrity of the access control system records.
• Create live-time reports related to electronic system health and deliver to site security representatives.  This task may require coordination with external security integrators to ensure service requests are started, followed through, and completed.
• Pull system data, access control or video, to aid in investigations.  May require review and isolation of relevant system evidence in a forensically sound manner.
• Monitor electronic security systems for BASF facilities that do not have dedicated security officers.  Contact SSRs should significant system alerts occur.
• Perform analysis work related to live-time data feeds that impact business operations
   

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma, Associate's degree or higher would be a plus
• Possess 3+ years experience working in a corporate or public security or law enforcement environment where urgency and confidentiality are required
• Have experience with typical corporate security Electronic Security Systems; access control, video surveillance and visitor management 
• Have MS Office experience
• Possess experience using Risk/Threat Intelligence tools and social media monitoring tools
