InVigor, Senior Brand Manager (ID: 2101132)

Location: Calgary 

Where the Chemistry Happens…

  • Strategic lead to the agency and accountable for the briefing process
  • Manage the established brand and hybrid positioning to ensure it is effectively incorporated in the InVigor campaign
  • Accountable to make sure the positioning on all technical material is accurate
  • Reporting to the Canadian InVigor Lead, the InVigor Senior Brand Manager is responsible for implementation of the strategies, positioning, and tactics according to key in-market deadlines
 

Formula for Success: You Will…

    Collaborate with the Associate Brand manager to create demand for InVigor through brand awareness and engagement campaigns, utilizing a range of tactics including social, digital, PR, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered on time Final approver on all materials and responsible to proof all documents for accuracy and correct positioning Develop clear segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies to support InVigor and create solutions, building targeted value propositions and connected offers Utilize market research and competitive analysis to better understand behaviors and pain points for all buyers and influencers in the decision-making process Accountable for InVigorResults.ca completion Works with the team on the InVigor PR Strategy InVigor lead for grower assurance programs and customer loyalty programs Ensure that the sales teams are enabled and have access to the necessary tools and resources required to drive the strategy, support the sales process, and deliver an exceptional client experience 
 

Qualifications

 

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

    Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related discipline preferred  Over 5-10 years Field Sales Experience is a benefit  Over 5 years in Marketing is an asset Working within the current canola industry is of great value Preferred knowledge of highly complex canola seed market segment proven ability to effectively communicate and work leading and collaborating within cross functional teams A proven track record in the industry is desired Strong ability to prioritize and a real attention to detail
