The Technology and Process Manager is responsible for Leading the Bishop Site Technology and Process team. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable execution of technology, project and process safety activities at the site.

As a Technology & Process Manager, you create chemistry by...

• Directly supervising Process and Technology Engineers while developing team capabilities and supporting professional growth
• Overseeing site Process Safety and Technology activities, including Process Hazard Analyses, Pressure Relief Device revalidations, and project scoping based on detailed process analysis
• Serving as the primary site contact for the Pharma Solutions Technology Global Team and Central Research, driving alignment and process improvements
• Representing the Process and Technology function on the Site Leadership Team and contributing to site-level strategy and decision-making
• Supporting and governing Management of Change activities across technology and site operations
• Collaborating with operations and reliability teams to improve yields, asset utilization, cost performance, automation, and sustainability outcomes
• Overseeing site I/T infrastructure and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site, while reporting directly to the Site Director

If you...

• Hold a bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.  
• Possess 10+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment
• Bring strong understanding of process safety,  importance of operational discipline and interpersonal effectiveness. 
• Preferrably have PSM/RMP experience, Process Safety experience as engineer or expert, production or plant experience.
