Specialist Quality Management Team BeNeLux (m/f/d) - remote

Join our unit Product Safety Services as Specialist Quality Management and support our sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• You will maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System in alignment with regional BASF policies, processes as well as quality management systems and you will stimulate quality thinking in the organization.
• In addition, you will develop, maintain, improve and publish efficient as well as effective procedures, working instructions and other quality related documentation.
• You will act as contact person for ISO related issues and ensure that the ISO 9001 status and further ISO standards are maintained.
• Moreover, you will execute Management reviews, internal as well as external audits, follow up and ensure documentation of the findings.
• As a key-user of the Quality Management System application, you will provide functional support for sites of BASF Netherlands and Belgium through QM-community and coordinate Integrated Internal audit plans.
• Last but not least, you will provide information and training to quality as well as process relevant topics.

• proven experience with internal auditing as well as Quality Management and Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a similar field studies is preferable
• in depth knowledge of business processes, of quality management systems and of relevant ISO standards
• excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within and outside the organization
• good problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize
• excellent knowledge of English, German language skills is preferable and willingness to travel

• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin

• This role can be performed either part-time or full-time
