Objectives of the Position         

  • Drive EVJ business process at major accounts – Lubricant companies, according to agreed KPI
  • Work independently and coordinate with the right person with other division/organization including overseas counterpart.
  • Make sales budget under instruction of supervisors.
  • Monitor working capital and report it to supervisors with their own proposals.
  • Instruct team/cross organization members who are disciplinary subordinates.
  • Handle issues which is own specialty under small complex environment.
  • Know business process and manage it internally & externally
  • Establish & update Key account management plan for assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate and convince people in a different level and communicate in a proper manner.
  • Capture the right view of market and make strategy of industry and new business model.


Main Tasks

Sales planning and performance management

  • Make business plans and execute them independently. (Sales, Profit, Inventory and other KPIs)
  • Provide accurate sales forecast.
  • Make proposal on solutions to achieve sales plans.

Customer relationship management

  • Have constant contact and develop lasting customer relationship independently, even with handling business issues.
  • Handle internal/outside communication independently on a negotiation basis and establish level contact.

Business analysis and development

  • Continuously increase market intelligence.
  • Understand general knowledge for sales activities.  
  • Make and realize business plans on new customers / business.
  • Create new projects and business together with Technical Service Manager by utilizing Lubricant market  knowledge/skills/relationship.  

Strategy Planning

  • Create Account Plan under the support from supervisors.
  • Analyze market / customer for making a mid-term strategy / plan.

People Management

  • Motivate team members with direction and lead them to success in performance and development.
  • Instruct team member to be a skillful sales and marketing.
