Digital Pricing – Senior Technical Expert Digital Pricng
Role specific activities (what is expected of you as an employee)
Technical support contact for our Salesforce integrated Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) Pricing Framework (based on PROS software)
combining deep technical expertise with a strategic view on architecture, development, administration, and integration
Shape the further development of our CPQ Pricing Framework and ensure a stable, scalable, and future‑proof platform
Support upcoming SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA ERP integrations
Required (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering or comparable from an accredited college or university is required
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in working with Salesforce
Experience in agile Software development
Passion for working in a team
Analytical capabilities
Experiences in working in global / virtual teams/projects
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture
Excellent judgement. Able to weigh several and often conflicting constraints and make rapid, logical decisions in a fast-moving team.
A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
Experiences in working in global / virtual teams/projects
Technical skills:
Extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA ERP
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and processes
Proficiency in Salesforce SalesCloud Configuration
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience)
Experience in quoting solutions (CPQ) preferred
Programmatical Know-how about Salesforce (e.g. Apex etc.)
Test automation
Knowledge of application lifecycle, change/release management process
Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
